A parcel reference and a carrier scan answer different questions. Find the current network and last event before asking for an investigation.
This is a dispatch-to-delivery troubleshooting note, not a shipping-price or fastest-route comparison.
Write down the identifiers and the last event
Keep the CSSBuy parcel reference separate from the external carrier tracking number. Record the route name, destination, dispatch date shown in the account and the latest event on the carrier’s own tracking page. CSSBuy’s public process points users to “My Parcel” for parcel progress and contacting the service.
First decide whether the problem is seller-to-warehouse delivery or international dispatch. A seller marking an order shipped does not identify an international parcel. Asking about the wrong stage can produce an unhelpful answer even when both people are looking at valid records.

Read a status according to the carrier that issued it
UPS distinguishes a created label from a shipment moving in its network. Its tracking guidance also notes that long-distance movements may have a gap before the next hub scan. USPS separately lists pre-shipment and shipping-partner events where USPS is awaiting the item. Those distinctions are more useful than treating every quiet screen as the same problem.
These are examples from named carriers, not translations of every CSSBuy line’s status. Open the actual carrier record and preserve its wording and timestamp. A customs or address exception needs a different response from a routine lack of intermediate scans.
| Stage indicated | Useful next check |
|---|---|
| Label or electronic information only | Ask whether physical handover to that carrier is confirmed. |
| Accepted and moving | Compare the last scan with the route’s current stated window. |
| Clearance or address action | Read the official request and confirm documents or delivery details. |
| Delivered but not found | Check delivery evidence, household/collection locations and the carrier’s reporting process. |

Ask an answerable question without publishing private tracking data
Send support the two references privately, the last scan and the precise missing event. Ask which company currently holds the parcel and what the next investigation step is. If the carrier or service gives a date for follow-up, record it; do not substitute a fixed number of days from an old forum post.
A tracker cannot by itself establish theft, seizure, loss or compensation eligibility. Keep the timeline factual while the parcel is being investigated. Avoid posting complete labels or tracking screenshots publicly, and verify any unexpected request for a small delivery payment through a trusted carrier or account page.
Parcel [private reference], carrier [name], external tracking [private number]. Last event: [exact wording, place and timestamp]. Please confirm the current handover stage, whether any action is required from me, and the next investigation or follow-up step.
