How to Use a CSSBuy Spreadsheet

How to Compare CSSBuy Spreadsheet Finds

Choose a category and compare a few similar products. Reference prices, listing images and shared QC photos can help you decide what to investigate. They do not establish availability, seller reliability or authenticity.

On this site, a product opens in our team’s separate catalog. This is a discovery step; it is not a CSSBuy checkout.

• Keep the product name and selected variation together.
• Compare actual measurements when they are available.
• Treat missing information as unknown.

Find Seller Links for CSSBuy Orders

CSSBuy’s official Buy For Me guide instructs buyers to copy a desired item’s link from a Chinese ecommerce website and paste it into CSSBuy’s search field. It also describes searching by product name and using Expert Buy when an item cannot be found.

A directory link is not necessarily a seller link. Check the destination product page for its purchasing options. If you cannot locate an orderable seller URL, ask for help before paying; do not paste an unrelated catalog page and assume it will import.

CSSBuy Expert Buy: Yupoo & WeChat Orders

CSSBuy’s Expert Buy form asks for item and seller details, including the price, domestic delivery, quantity and requested options. Its instructions cover Yupoo and WeChat orders.

Keep the agreed item specification with the seller details. Ask for missing information rather than substituting an unrelated catalog address.

CSSBuy Spreadsheet Prices & Order Budget

Our preview prices are saved USD estimates to help compare items. Confirm the current amount and selected option on the product page.

Build your budget from the item amount, delivery within China, any service or payment charges, international delivery and applicable import charges. Check the currency conversion offered for your own transaction before paying.

CSSBuy Item Options & First Payment

The official process separates choosing the colour, size and quantity from payment for the item and Chinese domestic delivery. CSSBuy then purchases from the seller on your behalf.

Check the selected variation and its current amount. A ~USD price shown here is a catalog estimate, not a checkout quote. Keep a record of the size, colour and any measurements you requested.

Review CSSBuy Warehouse QC Photos

CSSBuy’s guide describes inspection and photos after an item arrives at its warehouse. Review the item you actually received, including its colour, size, quantity and visible condition.

Community posts show that buyers can be unsure how photo options work. Those posts describe individual experiences, and their fee amounts or menu instructions may be out of date. Check the current service options in your own account.

• Request a clear image or measurement if a critical detail is missing.
• Shared reference QC cannot replace inspection of your own order.
• A photograph is not proof of material composition or authenticity.

Plan CSSBuy International Shipping Costs

The official guide places international delivery after the warehouse stage. It notes that shipping deposits can differ from final shipping fees and that some items have delivery-method restrictions.

Before submitting a parcel, use the current quote for your destination, packed weight and dimensions. The United States, United Kingdom and individual European countries have different requirements; a route or price mentioned in someone else’s haul is not a quote for yours.
