CSSBuy QC Photos: What to Check

Useful QC starts with knowing which item a photo belongs to. Separate product imagery, shared references and the inspection images for your own order.

Seller Photos vs. Shared QC vs. Order Inspection

Seller or catalog photos introduce a listing. They may show a selected style or a promotional image rather than a unit that has been inspected.

Shared QC references show previously photographed items associated with a product. They can help you research visible details, but may relate to a different colour, size or variation.

Your own warehouse photos show the item received for your order. CSSBuy’s official guide describes photography after warehouse arrival; that is the evidence to review before deciding whether to ship.

Shared QC References in This CSSBuy Spreadsheet

Shared QC references are shown where available. Their originating warehouse has not been verified as CSSBuy. Check which size and variation a reference shows before using it for research.

Use your own order photos when deciding whether to keep or ship an item. The number of shared references is not a quality rating or a complete inspection record.

QC Checklist: Item, Size & Visible Condition

Compare the received item with the exact variation you ordered. Read the size label and inspect visible details from useful angles. If the image cannot answer your question, request a clearer photograph rather than guessing.

  • Correct item, colour, style and quantity.
  • Size label plus the measurements that matter for fit.
  • Visible stains, damage, seams, closures or misaligned details.
  • Included accessories and packaging, when relevant.

QC Photo Requests for Shoes, Hoodies & Bags

Start with the detail that could change your decision. A useful request is specific enough that a photograph or measurement can answer it.

  • Shoes: request the relevant insole measurement and a view of both heels.
  • Hoodies: compare chest, sleeve and body measurements with a garment you own.
  • Bags: check the selected size, closure and strap measurements.
  • Multi-style listings: confirm that the image matches the option you ordered.

QC Package Measurements vs. Garment Sizing

A weight or parcel dimension associated with a QC record describes a measured sample or package. It does not establish chest width, insole length or the exact weight of every available size.

For clothing, compare flat garment measurements with an item you own. For shoes, ask for insole measurements when needed. For bags and accessories, check the product dimensions and fastening details.

Check CSSBuy QC Photo & Measurement Services

A community thread includes conflicting recollections about free photos, paid measurements and photo options. It is useful evidence that buyers find this confusing, but it is not a dependable current price list.

Use the service options currently shown for your order. If a photo is missing, ask support what can be requested and what it costs before making a shipping decision.

QC Photo Limitations: Materials & Authenticity

Photos alone do not establish authenticity, material composition, electrical safety, long-term durability or future seller consistency. Use them for the visible questions they can answer.

If an item appears wrong or damaged, record the issue and ask about the applicable return process before shipping it internationally. Eligibility and deadlines must be checked against the current seller and agent terms.
