Recover the original item and exact variation first. A working replacement URL is useful only if it still identifies the same product.
This is a troubleshooting procedure for an existing link. The beginner guide explains the normal order flow.
Identify what has actually failed
Save the URL, product title, seller name, item identifier, selected variation and the date of the failure. A screenshot of the option selector can be more useful than another copy of the category page. Keep this note private if it includes account information.
Open the original seller listing separately from the agent import page. If the seller page still exists but CSSBuy cannot read it, that is a different problem from a deleted listing. If you cannot reach the seller page at all, do not assume that a similar photograph belongs to the same seller or item.

Use manual ordering with a complete specification

Send one clear specification rather than asking an agent to guess from an old thumbnail.
Keep the recovered seller identifier beside the old one. If the identifier, seller or option changes, review the proposed purchase as a new choice. A converter can change a URL format without confirming stock, authenticity, return terms or transport acceptance.
- Name the selected size, colour and model in plain text.
- Attach a screenshot with the intended option marked.
- Ask for confirmation of availability and total item-stage charges before payment.

Know when to stop trying replacements
Pause when the only replacement is a generic search page, when the images conflict with the description, or when the chosen variation cannot be confirmed. Do not add several similar listings to the cart merely to test which one works; that creates a second problem to unwind later.
For a public broken-link report, share the public listing URL, the error text and the check date. Keep passwords, order references and payment screenshots out of the post. If you have already paid, use the order’s support channel and record the action you want, such as confirmation, cancellation or an eligible return.
